LHTS is seeking a Microservices Lead and a Microservices Architect for a 12+ month engagement in Pittsburgh, PA.  Interviews will be of one hour(Video Conference) 30 minutes technical discussion and 30 minutes live coding(Screen sharing)

Requirements Include:

  • Hands-on experience in developing and deploying microservices
  • Strong understanding of microservice architecture
  • Expert is design and development of RESTful APIs using JAX-RS and JSON
  • Experience in design and development of Spring, Spring Boot and Spring Cloud application
  • Experience working on legacy Java EE / JMS based systems 
  • Experience in performing technical assessment of current state of legacy systems 
  • Knowledge on transforming a legacy monolithic application to a microservice based application 
  • Experience working with containers, Docker, Kubernetes or other container schedulers 
  • Strong understanding of SOA, EAI and EIP 
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD (Jenkins), VCS (Git) and build (Gradle) systems 
  • Strong understanding of the API economy, API management and gateway solution 
  • Strong understanding of HTTP, web-sockets, TCP/IP and RPC protocols 
  • Understanding of security using SSL protocols and data encryption 
  • Good understanding of one other programming language like JavaScript (Node.JS) is a plus

Additional Information:  Interviews will be conducted via video conference for one hour.  30 minutes technical screen and 30 minutes of live coding
