LHTS is seeking a Service Desk Associate to assist our client full-time with answering user requests and resolving problems for computer software, remote access and  hardware inquiries.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide remote end user support to our business clients
    Setup hardware and software for our clients ensuring proper configuration of Windows Suite
  • Proficiency with computer operating system deployment, local area networks, office automation software and related equipment and devices, computer maintenance requirements and procedures, database structures, applications systems and modern office administration
  • Ability to configure VLans and make basic VolP phone system configuration
  • Communicates with system users concerning system modifications, anticipated downtimes, and procedure changes
  • Escalating incidents and working with senior staff to resolve problems
  • Occasional offsite visits to clients outside of Hamburg location

Requirements Include:

  • Associates Degree in CS, CIS or Business Administration required
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting end users in a medium size organization
  • 1-2 years working with Microsoft Suite
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
