Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Core Java 7+ Backend Developer role! This is a 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity and will be hybrid in Charlotte.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Gather requirements, production and hands on development on an MDM project
- Design and develop reusable backend services, REST API’s
- Work as part of a team in a collaborative environment
What You'll Need to Have:
- 4+ years of software development with bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Strong hands-on with knowledge working on Java backend projects.
- Deep knowledge and experience of core Java 7 (or higher)
- Strong experience of Spring framework including – Spring Security, MVC, Data etc.
- Experience working with OData Services will be an added advantage.
- A strong desire to learn new technologies
- Good verbal, written communication, and analytical, problem-solving skills
- Agile methodology project experience preferred, including experience estimating development project timelines.
- UI Experience - Angular and JavaScript preferred
- AWS Experience with Lambdas, CDK & TypeScript preferred
Pay Range: $55-$58/hr +
