*Hybrid Contract Opportunity*
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Product Designer role! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and is open to local candidates in Charlotte, North Carolina for a hybrid role. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You'll Be Doing:

Design: Design process from research to final visuals, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure cohesive product development.

Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems for consistent and scalable user interfaces.

User Advocacy: Conduct user research and translate insights into design improvements, prioritizing user needs.
What You'll Need to Have:
- A portfolio of your work to present as samples is required.
- Must come from healthcare background/Patient safety and be able to provide advanced level portfolio examples of this. This is an advanced level role.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in product design with enterprise products.
- Proficiency and knowing if and when to use which tools (e.g. full stack of design tools, Figma or hi-res designs from the get-go).
- Ability to build user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
- Ability to translate design decisions into style guides, patterns, and reusable components for other platforms Skill Sets.
- Ability to quickly visualize concepts in sketches or lo-fi wireframes to guide conversations.
- Occasionally go on-site to immerse in the real-world operations of the business, understand pain points in actual day-to-day operational workflows.
- Ability to quickly iterate based on feedback from multiple stakeholders and user studies.
- Fluency in the architecture of site maps.
- Experience in Interaction Models or UX Patterns.
- Ability to translate information through visualization and design.
- Ability to create user flows, and building design systems.
- Good aesthetic and accessibility sense.
- Experience in Food Industry or Healthcare Digital Products industry preferred.
Pay Rate: $56.50-61/hr
