*Hybrid Contract-to-Hire Opportunity*
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their SAP S/4 Deployment Configuration Functional Analyst position! This is a 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services and open to H1 sponsorship.
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP cross-functional analyst to join our Deployment Team. This role is responsible for configuring and deploying limited functional objects to rollout our SAP S/4 solutions to additional locations. The ideal candidate will have a cross-functional understanding of SAP modules, integration points, and business processes, ensuring the successful deployment of SAP solutions within the organization.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with configuration, validation, and cutover planning during deployment phases.
- Create and maintain configuration guides for a repeatable and efficient rollout process.
- Configure and validate Company Codes, Plant builds, and Data Replication Framework objects to ensure seamless integration across P2P, C2C, and R2R tracks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of configuration and data tasks.
- Support project management activities related to data migration, cutover, and deployment tasks.
What You'll Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field.
- 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA or ECC configuration and support as a functional consultant.
- Strong cross-functional SAP application knowledge, particularly in P2P, C2C, and R2R modules.
- Experience working in an SAP Fiori environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills with excellent follow-through.
- Service-oriented and collaborative approach to customer and peer relationships.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and IT deployment methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, SAP support portal, and general troubleshooting skills.
- Self-starter and team player.
Pay Range: $53-$68/hr +
