Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Fullstack .NET Engineer position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Wilmington, DE. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and execute complex systems analysis, design, and development efforts.
  • Provide top-level technical consulting and leadership on application solutions and strategic IT projects.
  • Oversee less experienced developers and manage development tasks for projects of any scope.
  • Develop and maintain application documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and diagrams.
  • Prepare and manage technical aspects of project planning and assessments.
  • Conduct detailed testing and debugging, including user acceptance testing.
  • Evaluate complex interrelationships between applications and platforms.
  • Recommend new technology, process improvements, or policy changes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Monitor performance of assigned applications and ensure optimal functionality.
  • Assist in developing budgets and mentor junior team members.


What You'll Need to Have:

  • 15+ years of overall software engineering experience.
  • Experience with designing and developing Fullstack web applications using WebForms, .Net MVC, C#, SQL Server, Angular.
  • Experience migrating multi-tier and monolithic web applications to Azure cloud.
  • Strong proficiency with .NET Framework 4.8 (10 years) and .NET Core 6+ using C#.
  • Solid experience with ASP.NET WebForms and Web API.
  • Hands-on expertise with Entity Framework Core.
  • Experience writing unit tests and using mocking tools.
  • Experience with GitLab.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud, particularly refactoring and migrating WebForms apps to Azure.
  • Working knowledge of Dependency Injection frameworks and SOLID principles.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using DevOps practices preferred.
  • Familiarity with integrations such as DocuSign or FileNet preferred.



Pay Range: $75-$92+/hr
