Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Apple Support Expert position! This role will provide white glove treatment for all new hires utilizing Mac and Apple devices. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and will be on-site in Mississauga, Ontario.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide 1:1 support to every new hire using Apple/Mac devices.
- Provide a personal white glove approach to go over set up, login, passwords, new user training, and ongoing support.
- Serve as the company expert on Mac/Apple devices for all support questions and/or issues.
- Provide remote support and on site support as needed.
What You'll Need to Have:
- Exceptional Apple and Windows Helpdesk Support experience
- Ideal candidates will have Apple Training and Certification
- Prior experience supporting users by phone, chat, email, and remote desktop
- Prior experience using Ticketing Systems a plus
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
Pay Range: $31-$34/hr CAD
