Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their .NET Software Engineer position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Wilmington, DE. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design, code, test, and support applications as part of the Structured Finance Document Custody team.
- Perform systems analysis and development from basic to complex.
- Produce unit tests and ensure 100% unit test coverage.
- Participate in full systems development lifecycle from technical analysis to user acceptance testing.
- Understand complex interrelationships between systems, platforms, and applications.
- Collaborate across development, operations, and other technical teams.
- Support onboarding and development tasks for junior resources.
- Challenge the status quo and recommend improvements.
- Support and integrate 3rd party applications.
- Follow development standards and ensure application efficiency.
- Work within risk and regulatory policies.
What You’ll Need to Have:
- Experience with:
- C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core
- REST/SOAP web services
- .Net and Angular front-end solutions
- Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server
- Microsoft Azure and Gitlab CI/CD
- Git or similar version control tools
- SQL and MVC
- Experience in API design, security, automated testing, or continuous integration/delivery.
- Experience with OCR technologies and PDF processing.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Full stack development including testing own deliverables.
- Integration and support of third-party applications.
- Experience coordinating between application teams and business users.
- Proficient in object-oriented programming (OOP) and SDLC
- Background in financial services preferred.
Pay Range:Â $62-$77+/hr
