*Hybrid Contract Opportunity*
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Archer Software Developer position! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo (preferred). Qualified remote candidates will be considered. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop solutions using Archer Software, including SaaS and integration-based development.
- Perform systems analysis, design, and development with basic to intermediate complexity.
- Support development efforts as an individual contributor.
- Identify and recommend feasible technical solutions to client problems.
- Collaborate with developers, operations, and technology staff for system and integrated testing.
- Prepare and execute detailed test plans and test data.
- Assist in debugging and troubleshooting application issues.
- Develop clear technical and functional specifications for small to medium scope efforts.
- Update and maintain systems documentation.
- Create charts, tables, and diagrams to support system analysis.
- Prepare project assessments and task plans, including timelines and effort estimates.
- Recommend improvements in technology, policies, or processes.
- Provide consultation services to clients on supported applications.
- Comply with internal risk, regulatory standards, and controls.
What You'll Need to Have:
- 3-5 years hands-on experience with Archer development, including configuration, customization, and integration of Archer modules.
- Proficiency in Archer SaaS development and conversion, with the ability to migrate and optimize solutions from on-premise to SaaS environments.
- Strong skills in PowerShell scripting for automation and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data integration and ETL processes.
- Understanding of system development life cycle and application development options.
- Familiarity with development tools and platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technical skills.
- Detail-oriented with sound judgment and analytical thinking.
- Banking industry experience preferred.
Pay Range:Â $65-$80+/hr
