*Onsite Contract Opportunity*
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Banking Services Operations Associate position! This is a 6 month contract opportunity and will be onsite in Buffalo, New York. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
Position Overview:
This role will perform skilled clerical duties requiring moderate to complex analysis and use of judgment within assigned banking services department.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in monitoring daily departmental workflow and may provide staff support via signing and verifying official check requests and general ledger entries.
- Research and resolve complex customer issues.
- Participate in project, process improvement initiatives.
- Interact with vendors for problem resolution.
- Guide or assist others in interpretation of legal and bank documents for internal processing.
- Responsible for multiple system, business and product lines.
- Participate on a limited basis in corporate compliance and legal matters regarding customer issues.
- Interact with internal partners and management for procedural issues.
What You'll Need to Have:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in an office setting
- High school diploma / GED required - Associate's degree preferred
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel, including proficiency in basic functions and formulas.
- Demonstrated ability to perform fast and accurate data entry tasks.
Pay Range: $20-$25/hr+
