Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Banking Services Associate position! This is a 2+ month contract opportunity with potential extensions and/or permanent hire and will be on site in Buffalo, NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. 


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Perform exception processing and research. Assist in resolution of complex issues.
  • Interact with vendors in support of procedural issues.
  • Interpret legal and bank documents for internal processing.
  • Responsible for performing tasks in a manner that are compliant with applicable laws and regulations and/or that serve to help the company be in compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the business line the position supports.
  • Responsible for multiple system, business and product lines.
  • Interact with internal partners and management for procedural issues.
  • Validate data in preparation for entry to a designated mainframe or computer system.
  • Properly secure collateral for the Bank.
  • Assist internal and external customers with basic problem resolution.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.


What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years relevant work experience / office experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven time management skills.
  • Proficiency with data entry/Excel skills.


Pay Range: $20-$25/hr +
