Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Business Systems Analyst (Dynatrace) position! This is a 10 month contract to hire. Ability to work remotely in the U.S., but must relocate to Buffalo, NY upon conversion. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the enterprise-wide onboarding of applications into Dynatrace, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with observability standards and criticality tiers
• Drive the strategic expansion of Dynatrace as the central observability platform, scaling adoption across applications, infrastructure, and services to achieve full-stack monitoring capabilities
• Manage end-to-end onboarding backlog and roadmap, organizing work intake, prioritization, and delivery across production and non-production environments
• Partner with application teams to define telemetry requirements, instrumentation patterns, and success criteria, ensuring consistent implementation of metrics, logs, traces, and events
• Enforce governance controls and adherence to observability standards, supporting the development of onboarding SOPs, playbooks, and best practices
• Act as liaison between application teams, platform engineering, and leadership, translating technical observability capabilities into business value and operational outcomes
• Track and report on onboarding metrics, platform adoption, and coverage growth, analyzing gaps and recommending prioritization strategies to demonstrate measurable value
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate dependencies across distributed teams to ensure scalable, efficient delivery of observability capabilities

What You'll Need to Have:

• 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, systems integration, or technology delivery with focus on enterprise platform adoption
• Proven experience with observability, monitoring, or APM tools such as Dynatrace, ELK, Splunk, or AppDynamics
• Strong project management and coordination skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives across distributed teams
• Solid understanding of application architectures, cloud platforms, and telemetry concepts including metrics, logs, traces, and events
• Experience working in Agile environments with hands-on backlog management and delivery planning
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders and drive process efficiency at scale
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with ability to identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and drive outcomes in complex, ambiguous environments

Pay Range: $50-$55/hr
