Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill a Customer Implementation Specialist. This is a full-time, direct hire role with great benefits. This role focuses on onboarding new customers onto the software and will work closely with the team of Customer Success Managers and Account Executives. This role is based in Buffalo, NY. Hybrid work arrangement offered after training period.




Responsibilities:



  • Deliver training process to implement and train new and existing customers
  • Monitor and track customer implementations to avoid stalls in the process
  • Provide implementation support to customers through project milestones and post go-lives
  • Update training materials in response to product developments
  • Maintain customer relationships
  • Support 4-5 applications at one time
  • Advocate for customer needs and help implement customized solutions




Qualifications:



  • Prior system/software implementation experience required
  • Experience implementing and using a CRM system required
  • Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects
  • Prior project coordination experience preferred
  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • Passion for quality customer service and a positive attitude
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong organization, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
