Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Cybersecurity Infrastructure Engineer position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo, NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- As member of the Security Systems Integration Team, support Proxy, Active Directory (AD), AD Reporting, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and File System technologies.
- Handle day-to-day incident response and request management.
- Execute automated runbook patching and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Technology management, Engineers, and support teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions.
- Perform infrastructure review, implementation, documentation, standards development, and testing.
- Engage independently with business partners at various levels to clarify problems/opportunities and gather business requirements.
- Lead meetings and calls with vendors, internal teams, and senior professionals.
- Mentor and review work of less experienced team members.
- Maintain and expand knowledge of financial services technologies and best practices.
- Support documentation, service catalog elements, and follow risk, compliance, and regulatory standards.
What You’ll Need to Have:
- Combined minimum of 5 years of higher education and/or work experience in systems design, management, and/or architecture.
- Strong experience with Proxy, Active Directory, AD Reporting, GPO, and File System technologies.
- Experience with infrastructure design, data management, and system development.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
- Strong understanding of virtual technologies and server/client infrastructure.
- Banking/financial services industry experience preferred.
Pay Range:Â $57-$72+/hr
