Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Data Center Analyst position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and will be on-site in Millsboro, DE. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

Location: On-site in Millsboro, DE

Schedule: M-F 1pm-9pm

Duration: 12-18 months

Pay Range: $25-$30/hr

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install, configure, operate, and maintain systems hardware infrastructure in a data center environment.
• Assign rack space, infrastructure cables/ports, and network switch ports.
• Handle delivery, pick-up, staging, and documentation of equipment.
• Install/remove IT equipment including routers, switches, servers, and security appliances.
• Install copper/fiber cabling, racks, patch panels, and other infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth implementation with minimal business disruption.
• Maintain documentation to support implementation and future maintenance.
• Clearly communicate technical requirements and status updates to stakeholders.
• Perform scheduled evening responsibilities and be available for 24x7 on-call as needed.
• Comply with company risk, regulatory, and control standards.

What You’ll Need to Have:

• Experience in Critical Environment Operations, Data Cabling, and IT Equipment Installation.
• A combination of 4+ years of higher education and/or work experience.
• Ability to read and digest technical information.
• Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing customer needs and multiple priorities.
• Experience providing technical updates and status reports to management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Technology or related field.
• Certifications or special training in relevant technologies.
