LHTS is seeking a strong Data Segment Designer to assist with Programmatic Campaigning and understand the requirements for such a campaign, be able to understand the bidding strategies for better segment optimization and interact with the agencies comfortably.


Responsibilities Include: 

  • Designing segments to support onsite optimization, personalisation and VADM messaging
  • Is adept in analyzing reports and metrics to find signals for segment design
  • Will interface with marketing stakeholders and external marketing agency partners
  • Focus on improving top funnel activities
  • Provide insights to segment performance
  • Improve marketing campaign strategy
  • Will work closely with stakeholders on all acquisition activities
  • Will drive data enablement and creation of segments for optimization activities
  • Analyze reports and metrics

Required Skills:

  • Exposure to content optimization and personalisation
  • Working experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud Services
  • Experience with DSPs
  • Programmatic campaigns experience
  • Has worked on acquisition trading platform
  • Experience with Marketing Agencies and exposure to DMP is preferable.
