Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Digital Marketing Manager position! This is a 10+ month contract opportunity based in Buffalo, NY and can be remote in the United States (working Eastern Time hours). This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and maintain company's websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Author and publish accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for online banking platforms.
- Collaborate with designers and compliance teams to ensure brand consistency and regulatory alignment.
- Implement front-end enhancements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to improve the user experience for banking customers.
- Apply UX and accessibility best practices to optimize digital banking channels.
- Conduct quality assurance testing for cross-device compatibility and ADA compliance.
- Monitor digital performance using tools like Google Analytics and Tableau, and report insights to banking stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, technology, compliance, and customer experience teams to deliver seamless, compliant digital experiences.
- Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies that support customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell within a banking environment.
- Deliver marketing and communication programs that align with business unit goals and reinforce the bank’s brand identity.
- Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing initiatives across bank product lines.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need to Have:
- 7+ years of experience in a digital marketing role or similar.
- Knowledge of digital marketing within a regulated industry such as banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of search engine marketing, display advertising, social media, and content strategies.
- Proficiency in Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms for performance analysis.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Experience with the following:
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
- SEO principles
- ADA and digital accessibility standards
- UX optimization and A/B testing (Adobe Target preferred)
- Jira and Confluence
- Quantum Metric (preferred)
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in banking or financial services
Pay Range:Â $60-$75+/hr
