Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Digital Product Owner position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Edmonton or Calgary, AB (3 to 4 days/week in the office). This role will be a T4 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the Customer Care Agile SCRUM team to deliver initiatives aligned to product roadmaps and releases.
  • Translate customer needs into clear requirements and user stories.
  • Drive agile delivery, facilitating backlog grooming, sprint planning, stakeholder reviews, and scrum ceremonies.
  • Craft compelling product narratives to inspire stakeholders and communicate product vision.
  • Leverage user-centered design principles to enhance the experience for Customer Care agents.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Use data insights to inform prioritization and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.


What You'll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Agile SCRUM Product Owner or equivalent certification.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management or agile/scrum delivery roles.
  • SAP CRM experience in a Call Center environment.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to document user stories, business cases, and test plans.
  • Background in SAP CRM and/or Salesforce, especially in customer care or campaign management.
  • Experience managing user experience planning with cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in agile project tools like JIRA, ADO, or Smartsheet.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio.
  • Background in utilities or contact center environments preferred.


Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid schedule: 3–4 days onsite per week and 1–2 days remote. Candidates must be based in either Calgary or Edmonton.



Pay Range: $40-$55/hr +
