Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Document Processing Associate position! This is a 2+ month contract opportunity with potential extensions and will be on-site in Buffalo, NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform structured, repetitive tasks in a vault or file room environment.
- Handle document storage, retrieval, and inventory tracking in an organized and efficient manner.
- Operate laptops and basic software to record and manage document movement.
- Work in a team-driven environment that values consistency and accuracy.
- Support document management processes with a focus on detail and security.
What You'll Need to Have:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated team player.
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software.
- Ability to perform structured, repetitive work in a consistent and reliable manner.
- Enjoys working in a team-oriented culture.
- Prior experience in inventory or administrative role preferred.
- The role requires frequent standing
Pay Range: $19-$21/hr
