*Hybrid Contract Opportunity*
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Full Stack Engineer position! This is a 6+ month hybrid opportunity in Buffalo, NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend APIs using .NET Core in a microservices architecture.
- Work with Oracle/SQL databases to design, implement, and optimize queries.
- Build and maintain front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
- Ensure security and authentication best practices are implemented, with a preference for experience in identity and access management (IAM) projects.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and other Scrum Teams to define technical and product requirements.
- Work independently while effectively communicating progress and challenges.
- Maintain high coding standards and contribute to best practices in software development.
What You'll Need to Have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in .NET Core for developing backend APIs.
- Strong database experience with Oracle/SQL, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift for deploying and managing microservices.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay Rate: $60-$75/hr +
