*Remote Contract Opportunity*
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their HMDA Compliance Analyst position! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity and can be remote within the United States. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
Position Overview
We are looking for someone with knowledge of HMDA and processing experience with Empower LOS.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform compliance analysis, reporting and documentation in accordance with department and professional standards.
- Maintain a fundamental knowledge of regulatory requirements to perform assigned tasks at an appropriate level.
- Under direct supervision, assist in the development, design and documentation of policies and control procedures requiring the ability to read and comprehend various laws, common law and regulations applicable to the subject matter.
- Assist with the administrative tasks related to the support of the Compliance Risk Management Program.
- Escalate material compliance risks to Compliance Managers, as appropriate.
What You'll Need to Have:
- A minimum of 2 yrs experience as a Compliance Analyst preferably in the HMDA space.
- Knowledge of HMDA.
- Experience processing with Empower LOS.
- Advanced Excel skills.
Pay Range: $21-$30/hr +
