Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their IT Asset Management Associate position! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity and will be onsite in Charlotte, NC. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintain accurate records of all IT assets within the Asset Management Database.
- Monitor and manage asset acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal processes.
- Ensure proper provisioning, re-purposing, and secure disposal of hardware assets.
- Receive and inspect returned assets, verify condition, and update inventory records accordingly.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of IT assets.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Support automation initiatives for asset discovery and reconciliation.
What You’ll Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Asset Management or Inventory Management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Pay Range: $20-$24/hr
