Responsibilities

  • Identify potential candidates for positions that match the job requirements in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain and monitor the company’s Talent Management System by entering new job requirements and updating the system throughout the recruiting process
  • Calling potential candidates to discuss their qualifications and to ensure they are a match for the position.
  • Negotiate a compensation package or a C2C rate for the candidate utilizing company rate calculations
  • Provide a written candidate qualifications description for the Account Representatives to present to the client.
  • Work closely with HR to ensure hired candidates provide the necessary onboarding information
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR or IT (ideal)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Full-time position plus responding to emails or phones calls after hours as required.

Compensation

  • Salary will depend on experience level - plus monthly bonuses, commission and vacation.
  • Benefits include 401K, health insurance, dental, and vision.
