*Hybrid Contract Opportunity*
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Infrastructure I Analyst position! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity with potential extensions and will be on-site in Wilmington, Delaware. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide technical support to end users at the Wilmington, DE and Radnor, PA offices.
- Respond to and resolve help desk escalations, work orders, and technical incidents.
- Execute systems maintenance activities such as patching, updates, and health checks following SOPs.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to analyze and isolate issues; escalate anomalies as needed.
- Communicate technical issues and updates effectively to both users and management.
- Support evening responsibilities and complete individual projects as assigned.
- Follow risk and regulatory policies in alignment with company standards.
- Maintain internal control standards as per audit/regulatory guidance.
What You'll Need to Have:
- Minimum of 2 years of higher education and/or related work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven experience in resolving technical issues and providing desktop support.
- Understanding of desktop hardware, software, and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple work streams, and maintain attention to detail.
- Demonstrated strengths in problem-solving, organization, and collaboration.
- Experience digesting and relaying technical information clearly to different audiences.
Pay Range: $28-$40/hr +
