Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Infrastructure Engineer position! This is a 12+ month contract and will be hybrid in Buffalo. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Serve as an advanced technologist for a specific technology or set of technologies.
- Work closely with Technology Management, Senior Engineers, and support teams to design, develop, and execute technical solutions aligned with organizational needs.
- Perform infrastructure reviews, implementations, and design; develop architectural documentation, standards, and policies.
- Regularly engage with business partners of varying levels to clarify issues and gather requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage vendor resources as needed.
- Mentor and review the work of junior engineers and technical staff.
- Stay current with Financial Services industry trends, practices, and technologies.
- Promote and follow industry best practices, standards, and procedures.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of Bank applications and vendor technologies.
- Ensure adherence to risk and regulatory standards and escalate issues where necessary.
- Support diversity and internal control standards within the organization.
What You'll Need to Have:
- Expertise in SCCM Infrastructure, Powershell Scripting, and Windows Desktop Engineering.
- 6+ years professional experience in technical engineering, infrastructure design, or complex application development.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured, high-quality implementations.
- Advanced technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong expertise in industry and/or vendor technologies.
- Proficient in gathering, documenting, and analyzing system specifications.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
- Strong understanding of server/client and virtual technologies.
- Banking industry experience preferred.
Pay Range: $55-$70/hr +
