Technical Skills Our Client Needs:
1. Knowledge of Active Directory
2. Knowledge of MS Office Products and Remote User Support
3. O365 Support & Administration Experience; including Email Support O365/Outlook
4. PC Hardware Support knowledge
Other Things That’d Be Nice:
1. A+ Certification
2. Availability 10a-7p and/or 3p-12a
