Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Agile Delivery Lead position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and can be remote in the United States. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
Position Overview
Our client is looking for an Agile Delivery Lead who will be responsible for managing and delivering projects using agile methodologies. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects using agile methodologies.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team. Proficient in creating, assigning, updating, and monitoring tasks and subtasks, as well as setting deadlines and reminders.
- Able to provide clear and concise feedback and guidance to team members and stakeholders on task status and progress.
- Motivated and proactive in identifying and resolving issues, risks, and dependencies that may affect task completion and quality.
What You'll Need to Have:
- Experience in leading and managing agile teams on software and application integration projects
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Pay Range: $60-$65/hr +
