Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Microsoft Dynamics Lead position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity based in Buffalo, NY. Qualified remote candidates will be considered.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end MS Dynamics 365 implementations that align with both business and technical objectives.
  • Architect, configure, and optimize MS Dynamics modules, including Customer Service and Sales, for scalability and high performance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Integrate MS Dynamics 365 with cloud-based platforms, especially Azure, using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot high-capacity issues, and resolve critical system bugs in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and deploy Azure Functions Apps and perform complex data integrations.
  • Mentor junior developers and consultants on Dynamics 365 and cloud engineering best practices.


What You'll Need to Have:

  • 5-8+ years of experience leading MS Dynamics 365 projects with strong technical and functional expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics Sales, Customer Service, and related modules.
  • Strong background in Azure architecture and services, including Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and API integrations.
  • Proficiency in C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, Visual Studio, and PowerShell or CLI for Azure.
  • Experience with Data Verse, Data Lake, SSIS, SQL Server, and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
  • Proven success in high-capacity system monitoring, debugging, and issue resolution.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage stakeholders across global banking or financial environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub is a plus.
  • Background in banking is a plus.


Pay Range: $60-$75/hr +
