*Hybrid Contract Opportunity*
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Microsoft Dynamics Lead position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity based in Buffalo, NY. Qualified remote candidates will be considered.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end MS Dynamics 365 implementations, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.
- Architect and configure MS Dynamics modules with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across global banking units to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Drive integration efforts between Dynamics 365 and cloud-based platforms, primarily Azure.
- Serve as the Agile team leader, participating in daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Provide technical oversight and mentoring to junior Dynamics developers and consultants.
What You'll Need to Have:
- 5+ years of experience leading MS Dynamics 365 projects.
- Strong knowledge of MS Azure and cloud deployment models.
- Experience working in or with global banking/financial institutions.
- Proven track record managing enterprise-level Dynamics implementations.
- Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies and toolsets (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Pay Range: $60-$75/hr +
