Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to add a Network Engineer to their team! This is a direct hire opportunity and will follow a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days a week onsite in Irving, New York. What You'll Be Doing
- Be responsible for overseeing, planning, analyzing, troubleshooting and implanting all technical aspects of the company's Information Systems, including but not limited to, network systems, servers, storage, desktops, mobility, security, phones/media/communications, and disaster recovery
- Help with ongoing organic growth of the network and building out network for new functionality
- Responsible for prioritizing, delegating, and overseeing tasks, keeping all systems in good health and documenting all changes and updates.
What You'll Need to Have:
- IT related education or certifications preferred
- At least 3 years networking experience
- Windows domain administration experience
- Must have knowledge of all major components of an IT infrastructure, including routers, switches, servers, storage, security and TCP/IP
- Must have knowledge of combination of modern Windows Server and client operating systems, including setup, administrator and security
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong support and analytic skills
- Experience with Virtualization Technology for services (VMWare)
- Must have working knowledge in knowing security protocols, IT systems, Networking infrastructures and database systems.
- Able to work independently
- Able to communicate complex information to a non-technological audience
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary Range: $75,000-$83,000 Annually
