*Remote Contract-to-Hire Opportunity*
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to hire a Power BI Expert / IT Project Manager position! This is a 12 month contract-to-hire opportunity and can be remote in the United States. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide training and expertise to teams on Power BI for reporting purposes, serving as an expert in the tool's functionalities, features, and best practices.
- Manage IT projects independently, taking ownership of planning, execution, and delivery.
- Lead IT project management initiatives, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery from inception to completion.
- Partner with relevant cross-functional teams (Legal, Organization Senior Leadership, and IT) to set up programs for success including capturing action items from meetings and providing regular status reporting.
- Facilitate project meetings and working sessions, bringing together the right cross-functional team members to monitor project progress, keep each other accountable on commitments and deliverables based on the schedule, and quickly and proactively identify recommendations and solutions to resolve project challenges, consider alternatives, and resolve issues.
What You'll Need to Have:
- Minimum of 5+ years of IT project management experience.
- Expert level knowledge of Power BI Reporting.
- Prior experience as a Technology Project Manager on large enterprise-level projects, managing them from end to end.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with a track record of successful project delivery in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with AWS environment and its associated technologies.
- Strong communication skills, capable of forming relationships and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
Pay Range: $58-$63/hr
