Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Program Manager/RTE role! This is a 6-12+ month contract opportunity based in Buffalo, NY and is open to local and remote candidates. Some travel to Buffalo may be required.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide weekly project status reports updated in the project tool
- Collaborate with departments and partners to progress deliverables
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
What You'll Need to Have:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience managing programs within Global Banking, Wealth, or Private Banking domains, with strong understanding of industry-specific processes, compliance, and customer needs.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe, and working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence and other collaborative workspaces
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Pay Range: $70-$80+/hr
