Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Business Systems Analyst position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This is a hybrid role in Buffalo, NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and test case documentation.
- Conduct research and analysis of moderately complex data to ensure functional accuracy.
- Mentor junior staff and assist in application training and project methodology.
- Facilitate project meetings and lead requirements gathering with business clients.
- Translate business requirements into functional specs and liaise with the technology team.
- Estimate timelines and deliverables for moderately complex to complex projects.
- Act as test coordinator for large initiatives and participate in post-implementation reviews.
- Coordinate with vendors and testing teams for implementation and UAT planning.
- Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and audit standards.
- Monitor scope, timeline, and regulatory adherence throughout project lifecycle.
What You'll Need to Have:
- Experience working in commercial banking
- SIT and UAT test management/coordination experience, preferably with loan servicing systems
- Ability to write business requirements and test scripts/cases
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Combined minimum of 5 years of higher education and/or business analytics experience
- Strong time management, organizational, and analytical thinking skills
- Experience preparing BRDs, test plans, and functional documentation
- Proficiency with PC-based tools and relevant project management applications
Pay Range: $30-$39/hr
