*Hybrid Contract Opportunity*
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Quality Assurance Coordinator position! This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office and can be based in either Edmonton, AB or Calgary, AB. This role will be a T4 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Establish and maintain quality standards and metrics for the QA process, including testing methodologies, tools, and defect management strategies.
- Create integrated test plans that align with project goals and timelines.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including development, product management, and operations teams, to facilitate test plan development and smooth test execution.
- Execute testing following test plans and/or coordinate business tester activities.
- Capture and accurately document test results for analysis and reporting.
- Compile and present test results to relevant stakeholders, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.
- Assist in refining QA processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Source, prepare, and manage data required to execute test scenarios effectively.
What You'll Need to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Agile Certified Practitioner).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA role.
- At least 3 years of experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software testing within an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in sourcing and managing data for test scenarios.
- Deep understanding of SAP CRM in customer care and campaign management.
- Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
Pay Range: $40-$50/hr CAD
Location: Hybrid in Edmonton OR Calgary
Duration: 12+ months
