*Contract-to-Hire Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect position! This is a 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is open to local and remote candidates. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. 

Position Overview

This is for an S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation. You will need experience in leading one or more solution teams in End to End SAP implementation programs. Candidates must have implementation experience in S/4HANA.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work with Solution Management Layer consisting of Business representatives, System Architects, Program leaders, Product Managers
• Assess companies on future roadmap against existing solution template to define Fit/Gap and solutions
• Prepare position paper presentations with solution options for business requirements
• Prepare and present Key Design Decision documents across business process areas
• Produce high quality documentation, including procedural, operational, and technical design and process flow documents
• Proactively locate and correct potential problems and/or implement improvements
• Liaison with SAP for addressing whitespace requirements

What You'll Need to Have:

• At least one S/4HANA Greenfield implementation experience (Brownfield will be considered)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present to diverse audiences

S/4HANA Procurement (Solution Design and Architecture)

Implementation experience in area of:

1. S/4HANA Procurement with specific design experience in
2. Condition contracts
3. Pricing
4. 3rd Party Sales
5. Item Master
6. Business Partner
7. Procurement and Goods Receipt

S/4HANA Finance (Solution Design and Architecture)

Implementation experience in area of:

1. S/4HANA Finance with solution design experience in
2. MM-FI Integration
3. SD-FI Integration
4. COPA
5. Accounting related to C2C and P2P
6. Revenue Recognition

S/4HANA Project Systems (Solution Design and Architecture)

Implementation experience in area of:

1. S/4HANA PS with solution design experience in
2. Cost Element usage
3. Billing
4. Revenue Recognition

Additional Preferred Experience:

SAP Technical and Integration experience

• Experience integrating systems to SAP (both inbound and outbound) with a general understanding of commonly used technical methods related to business scenarios
• Understanding of various integration patterns
• Ability to have an informed conversation with technical architects
• Implementation experience which involves integration of SAP S/4HANA with other non SAP systems
• Understanding of Solution Design principles in this area

Solution Demonstration: Experience in running Conference Room Pilots

SAP Master Data: Detailed knowledge of structure of Master Data and Enterprise Setup

Business Processes: Design experience in various business processes with ability to think grounds up on customization

Cross Platform Reporting: Good Understanding of SAP table structures in conjunction with business processes

Pay Range: $80-$86/hr+
