Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their SQL Developer position! This is a direct hire opportunity and will be on-site in Cheektowaga, NY.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Programming:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Modify programming based on client requests or internal requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, performance, and integration.
- Develop and maintain documentation for database schemas, processes, and procedures.
- Develop new programs to meet client and/or internal needs.
- Assist with updates/configurations/patches on systems, when necessary.
- Maintain Test Database with Data Obfuscation
- Manage SOR/databases (encryption, functioning, backups, etc.).
- Reporting:
- Design and implement reporting requested for all departments within the organization.
- Data Transmission:
- Responsible for pulling, uploading and processing all client data files from client’s specified websites within the client specified time frame in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Manage collection and retention of evidence to document compliance with auditable requirements.
- Monitor for changes to procedure and exceptions to data for all incoming and outgoing data.
What You'll Need to Have:
- A Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
- Advanced knowledge of multiple programming languages such as C+, C#, .NET, Python, Java, or VBA.
- Strong proficiency in SQL programming language with experience in writing complex queries and stored procedures.
- Understanding and/or knowledge of Data processes in the Collection Industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex data structures and relationships.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities assigned.
Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 Annually
