Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Sales Order Coordinator (Aftermarket Parts) position! This is a 3+ month contract-to-hire assignment and will be on site in Buffalo, NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
Overview
As the Sales Order Coordinator, you will serve as the go-to contact for customers who need replacement parts. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that orders are entered correctly, shipments go out on time, and customers receive excellent support from start to finish. This role combines customer service, order processing, and coordination with vendors and the internal shipping team.
