Buffalo, NY Contract Opportunity


Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Salesforce Developer position! This is a 5+ month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo, NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Perform and oversee basic to complex systems analysis, design, and development.
  • Serve as a key individual contributor on complex projects.
  • Maintain an excellent functional understanding of the supported application(s).
  • Direct and mentor junior developers; coordinate development tasks.
  • Manage technical components of project plans and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Technology teams on systems development.
  • Review and execute test plans; complete debugging and quality assurance tasks.
  • Analyze complex interrelationships among systems and platforms.
  • Provide technical and analytical consultation for new tech uses aligned with business strategy.
  • Prepare technical/functional specifications and update documentation.
  • Lead or contribute to technical evaluations and project planning assessments.
  • Maintain operational efficiency and recommend improvements in technology and processes.
  • Adhere to development standards, risk/regulatory policies, and internal control requirements.


What You'll Need to Have:

  • Strong experience in Apex Classes, Triggers, and LWC.
  • Associate’s degree and 5+ years of systems analysis/application development experience; or 7+ years combined education/work experience with 5+ years of development.
  • Proficiency in application development platforms and related tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects, coordinate cross-functional work, and meet milestones.
  • Strong experience with testing, documentation, and debugging tools.
  • nCino platform experience is a plus.


Pay Range: $55-$70+/hr
