Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Salesforce Developer (nCino) position. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity based in Buffalo, NY and is open to local and remote candidates. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
Position Overview
The Salesforce Developer (nCino) is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce-based solutions with a focus on nCino Loan Origination functionality. This role provides technical direction on new and existing applications, evaluates business and system requirements, and delivers scalable, secure solutions within an Agile environment. The engineer will contribute to complex initiatives, support production systems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform basic to complex systems analysis, design, and Salesforce application development
- Serve as an individual contributor on complex Salesforce and nCino-related initiatives
- Maintain strong functional knowledge of supported Salesforce and banking applications
- Coordinate and guide development tasks for less experienced team members as needed
- Prepare and manage technical components of project plans
- Collaborate with development, operations, and technology teams through design, testing, and deployment
- Develop, execute, and validate detailed test plans, including debugging activities
- Analyze system integrations, dependencies, and impacts across applications and platforms
- Create and maintain clear technical and functional documentation
- Provide effort estimates, timelines, and scope assessments for assigned work
- Ensure reliability, performance, and efficiency of supported applications
- Identify and escalate risk-related issues in alignment with regulatory and control standards
What You’ll Need to Have
- 5+ years Salesforce Platform development experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Working knowledge of nCino Loan Origination System (LOS) functionality and banking processes
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments with strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills
- Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience coordinating between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Proven ability to recommend and implement systems solutions
- Experience driving project milestones and delivery timelines
Pay Range:Â $58-$73+/hr
