*Remote Contract Opportunity*
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Salesforce Developer position! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity and can be remote in the United States (EST hours). This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide designs, specifications, and high-level technical direction for new or existing applications.
- Serve as a principal application designer for critical components and major modifications.
- Oversee complex systems analysis, design, and development efforts.
- Lead projects while contributing as a senior individual contributor.
- Direct and mentor less experienced developers; coordinate tasks across projects of any scope.
- Conduct technical analysis, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Evaluate highly complex interrelationships among systems, applications, and platforms.
- Recommend new technology, processes, or policies to improve organizational performance.
- Lead or participate in vendor software evaluations.
- Maintain expert knowledge of applications, development environments, and client systems.
- Assist with budgeting and provide backup to higher management when needed.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, risk controls, and internal audit points.
What You'll Need to Have:
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including configuration and customization.
- Hands-on programming experience with Apex.
- Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Visualforce pages and component development.
- JavaScript skills for client-side scripting and custom Salesforce solutions.
- nCino platform experience is a plus.
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree and 6 years of systems analysis/application development experience OR 8 years of combined higher education and/or work experience including 6 years in systems analysis/app dev
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication; able to present to diverse audiences
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Action-oriented, proactive, and highly collaborative
- Banking industry experience preferred
Pay Range:Â $64-$79+/hr
