*12+ Month Contract Opportunity*
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Full Stack .NET Developer position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Wilmington, DE. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and contribute to complex software projects as both an individual contributor and technical leader.
- Analyze, design, and develop new applications or major enhancements using .NET Core, C#, Angular, and SQL Server.
- Oversee project plans, direct less experienced developers, and ensure the timely delivery of development tasks.
- Develop and execute test plans, debug issues, and provide technical documentation.
- Recommend and implement technology improvements and participate in vendor software evaluations.
- Maintain deep technical expertise and a high level of application/system knowledge.
- Collaborate across development, operations, and business teams to align technology with strategic goals.
- May be responsible for budget preparation and employee performance monitoring.
What You'll Need to Have:
- 10 years .NET Framework 4.8, C# experience
- 5 years .NET Core v6+, C# experience
- 5 years of Angular experience (Angular with PrimeNG/KendoUI preferred)
- 5 years SQL Server experience
- 3 years Web API, ASP.NET WebForms, Entity Framework Core experience
- 3 years Unit Testing, Mocking Tools experience
- 2 years GitLab experience

2 years hands-on DevOps experience, using, scripting, developing and supporting CI/CD
- Good knowledge of SOLID principles and clean coding practices
- Experience refactoring/migrating WebForms to Azure Cloud
- Docusign and Filenet integration experience preferred
- Dependency Injection Frameworks experience preferred
- Associate degree with 6+ years of system analysis/development OR 8+ years combined education/work experience.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Capable of managing complex projects and mentoring junior staff.
- Experience in full lifecycle application development and cross-functional coordination.
Pay Range:Â $77-$92+/hr
