*18+ Month Contract Opportunity*
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Project Manager position! This is an 18+ month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo, NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and direct high priority or complex projects that impact multiple business functions, from initiation through close.
- Establish clear project objectives and roles and responsibilities for all team members.
- Develop and manage project plans, forecasts, schedules, and budgets.
- Gather detailed project requirements and translate them into defined deliverables.
- Communicate plans to stakeholders and ensure common understanding and alignment.
- Execute all phases of the project plan and monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Identify and resolve issues, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Build strong team performance through mentoring, training, and motivation.
- Coordinate with internal resources and stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
- May include managerial responsibilities such as staffing, performance reviews, and team oversight.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk standards, audit findings, and internal policies.
What You’ll Need to Have:
- 6+ years of proven project management experience.
- Strong experience in either organizational change management (OCM) or process optimization.
- Infrastructure project management experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and experience creating detailed project plans.
- Proficiency in standard desktop applications and relevant software packages.
- Banking industry experience is a plus.
Pay Range: $60-$65+/hr
