*Remote Contract Opportunity*
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior SAP ABAP Developer position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and can be remote in the United States, working EST hours.
Position Overview
The Senior SAP ABAP HANA Developer will be charged with implementing ABAP applications for S/4 HANA Finance Transformation and supporting SAP ECC HR/FI operations. You will be working as part of the SAP Technical team that is responsible for development and support of all SAP applications. This position will develop your knowledge in many aspects related to SAP operations and integrated IT systems.

- Design, code, test, and perform quality assurance on complex SAP development features to solve critical business problems.
- Collaborate with a team of developers to deliver high-quality results.
- Drive initiatives to resolution with a focus on quality, speed, and efficiency.
- Share expertise across the team to support delivery success.
- Continuously improve software engineering methods within an agile framework.
- Expand skills beyond core focus areas to support overall team success.
- Model, design, implement, and test SAP-based solutions.
- Ensure quality through test case creation, specification reviews, design/code reviews.
What You'll Need to Have:
- MINIMUM NO EXCEPTIONS 6-7+ years of experience with SAP ECC ABAP technologies including Workbench, Data Dictionary, Reports, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, ALE/IDOC, Workflow, Web Dynpro, OO ABAP, Enhancements, and Performance Tuning.
- Strong experience in SD/FI/MM modules, with additional expertise in at least one of HR-ABAP, EWM, or SCM.
- A minimum of 6 months hand on experience with a SAP S/4 HANA implementation including HANA Studio, ABAP Development Tools (ADT), CDS, ADBC, and performance tuning for HANA.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori and SuccessFactors.
- Ability to provide high-level designs and quick-turnaround development solutions.
- Experience coordinating with offshore/remote teams on deliverables.
- Proven skills in requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and support.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Understanding of API technologies, including REST, SOAP, and OData.
- Experience with UI5, HTML, Java, and SAP PI.
- Skilled in creating/documenting technical specifications and peer reviewing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Pay Range:Â $60-$65/hr
