*Remote Contract Opportunity*
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Technical Engineer (SAML/OIDC/PingFed) position! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity and can be remote in the United States. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) tasks involving identity and access management (IAM) platforms.
- Provide expert-level administration, configuration, and support of the Ping Identity stack, including Ping Federate, Ping Directory, and Ping MFA.
- Configure and troubleshoot domain/platform integrations using Siteminder.
- Troubleshoot technical issues at the operating system level related to application connectivity and IAM infrastructure.
- Assist in the migration from Ping/Siteminder to a new IAM platform.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure smooth platform transitions and support.
What You'll Need to Have:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with the Ping Identity suite (Ping Federate, Ping Directory, Ping MFA, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SAML and OIDC protocols and their application in secure federated authentication systems.
- Proficiency with PingFederate, including configuration and issue resolution.
- Experience with Siteminder, particularly domain configuration and OS-level application troubleshooting.
- Ability to step into a complex IAM environment and contribute with minimal ramp-up.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Pay Range: $75-$90/hr +
