Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Technical Integrations Engineer II position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo, NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform and oversee system integration, application administration, and environment configuration for enterprise vendor platforms.
- Lead technical coordination between vendor systems (primarily InfoLease and Rapport from Solifi), internal applications, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
- Own the full lifecycle of upgrade and patching efforts for on-premise applications, including planning, implementation, validation, and documentation.
- Manage tight patching schedules and support platform migrations.
- Develop and manage data extracts and downstream feeds, including those leveraging Snowflake and SQL Server.
- Conduct server administration for both Linux and Windows environments; manage group policies and provisioning through Active Directory.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and peer/code reviews, with direct engagement in JIRA and Confluence.
- Maintain documentation throughout the CICD lifecycle, including infrastructure configurations and change records.
- Support off-hours production deployments and on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis.
- Ensure application efficiency, performance monitoring, and system resilience.
- Support daily operations and serve as an escalation point for user support and platform issues.
What You'll Need to Have:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Engineer, Technical Administrator, or Integration Engineer.
- Experience managing enterprise vendor applications (InfoLease and Rapport preferred but not required).
- Strong experience with:
- SQL and Snowflake for creating and managing data extracts.
- Shell scripting (Linux) and PowerShell (Windows).
- Linux and Windows server administration.
- Active Directory, group policies, and user provisioning access.
- CICD tooling including GitLab, Artifactory, and Ansible.
- Agile methodologies (Jira and Confluence preferred).
- Proven ability to manage patching schedules, infrastructure upgrades, and application lifecycle documentation.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Ability to support off-hour implementations, daily production support, and on-call rotation.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
Pay Range: $45-$60+/hr
