Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill a Technical Support Specialist! This is a full-time, direct hire role with great benefits. This role is a great opportunity to break into tech, learn some awesome products, and support a team of Client Success Managers and Account Executives. This role is based in Buffalo, NY. Hybrid work arrangement offered after training period.




Responsibilities:



  • Offer timely and accurate resolutions of customer inquiries and issues via email, chat and phone
  • Collaborate with development team to escalate critical issues
  • Provide inbound and outbound technical product support
  • Create and maintain knowledge base for common questions and issues
  • Keep CRM updated with customer information
  • Participate in various internal projects and process improvement initiatives
  • May provide one on one product training to customers




Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • Prior system/software implementation experience required
  • Passion for quality customer service and a positive attitude
  • Experience supporting a software application
  • Prior experience in customer service or help desk highly preferred
  • Quick learner with the desire to learn new skills and product knowledge
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Technical background preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience using a CRM system preferred
  • Strong organization, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
