  • Infrastructure Security Engineering, Microsoft System Administrator with extensive MBAM, BitLocker experience to join our Infrastructure support team.
  • This individual will be responsible for supporting an enterprise deployment of Microsoft's BitLocker.
  • The candidate will monitor the current infrastructure and provide subject matter expertise in implementation, deployment and provide guidance & support on Active Directory, encryption key storage, encryption key recovery and Group Policy considerations.
  • Provide daily Bitlocker administration, monitoring and supporting resolution of encryption incidents.

Responsibilities:

  • Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring. BitLocker Encryption key storage, backup and recovery.  High availability and recovery for the MBAM Database.  Recovery of encrypted data from fixed vs. removable drives (BitLocker to Go).  Develop a BitLocker Group Policy template specific to the Customer environment.  Develop a process that Customer Help Desk can follow for data recovery.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to Customer staff on various aspects of the processes and technologies.

Skills Required:

Serve as functional lead with other project team members on other systems that impact specific projects to ensure no adverse impact to other systems. Monitor functional specifications and change requests to ensure project stays within scope and meets regulatory requirements, while ensuring adherence to business requirements and Corporate Technology standards. Ensure the Bank process and documentation is followed to comply with Corporate Technology standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure change requests to functional specifications are consistently documented, reviewed and resolved to identify impacts to overall project plan and budget, technology, customers and clients and ensure application is working to support products and services required by the business.
